  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
    RMAs are valid for 15 days from date of issue.
    Defective product may be retured for replacement within 30 days of purchase.
    Subject to Synergy's approval, and the conditions of your transaction, non-defective product may be returned within 30 days. Any opened items may be subject to a restocking fee.
